We enjoyed staying at the property. Food and room service could have been better. Cleanliness in the room and overall in the property was taken taken off in a good way. Staff was well dressed and polite.

Location is really good. Best place for stay. Staff is very nice and even they call you for the dinner or tea if you miss any of your meal. Good property. Rest all is very good.

We booked a room in hotel sagar residency many days ago but they did not allow us to stay even though we had a confirmed booking and shifted us to a nearby hotel. From outside the hotel was looking good but everything was terrible inside. A bad smell was coming into the room, the floors of the rooms were not clean, etc.
